Located in the meadows at the southern end of The Sea Ranch, Altair offers a serene, peaceful retreat from city life. Because of the reverse floor plan, beautiful ocean views and some white water views can be enjoyed from every vantage point in the great room. This property also offers a sprawling, private backyard that is not typical of most Sea Ranch properties. Both bedroom suites look out into this tranquil space and have window seats. The luxurious master suite window seat looks down through the boughs of the giant cypress tree into the backyard and is wonderful spot for reading or napping. The hot tub is located in the backyard and is nestled next to the house so that it is protected from the winds, while still allowing for some meadow views.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds and each room has it's own bathroom. A gas BBQ is located on one of the decks on the second floor, which is easily accessible to the kitchen.
