Please note that the 2/nite rate quoted is for minimum number of occupants. Where there is a second 2/nite rate, it is the rate for the maximum occupancy allowed in the home. Where only one rate is quoted, it is the rate for the home up to the maximum occupancy allowed for the home. There will be an additional $20 charge applied per home when groups rent three or more homes. Rental guests are responsible for their own linens unless linen service is arranged ahead of time. Linen Service: Includes 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, and 2 sets of bath & hand towels per K/Q/D bed @ $30/bed. Twins 1 set per twin bed @ $15/bed. You are advised to bring your own beach towels. Spa towels can be rented @ $5/each. Housekeeping service: Billed at $ 22.20 per hour. Advance notice for this service is required. Guests must depart the home by 11:00AM. Sorry no exceptions. ALL OF OUR RENTAL HOMES ARE NON-SMOKING.

All vehicles must display a visible guest pass whenever parked anywhere on The Sea Ranch, other than in the parking area of your rental home. The Sea Ranch Security Department uses a " Denver Boot " wheel lock device to immobilize vehicles parked without proper identification.
