Wonderful ocean views looking towards Blackpoint Beach can be seen from most rooms including the hot tub deck. Windowseats in the living room are a plus to enjoy naps, nature or a good book from. Atwood is a two story home designed by Obie Bowman. The entry level has a den/TV room off to the side with the kitchen, dining and living rooms open. Off the living room and three steps up to the master bedroom/bath. Then from there up a full flight of stairs to the second and third bedrooms with a bath in between. Walk to Blackpoint Beach, The Sea Ranch Lodge, or the Moonraker Recreation Center where a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts and sauna await you. Children of all ages are welcome.
Dogs are ok. Owner provided dog bed and bowl provided.
