This contemporary Oceanside Meadow home is perfect for two couples or for a family retreat and can sleep up to eight people comfortably as long as several of them are children. The structure of the home ensures privacy for both of the main floor king bedroom/bath suites, but makes it possible for the entire party to gather in the great room which is central to the architectural design. There is a loft with a queen bed, two small bunk beds and a bathroom. The loft is ideal for children. A small pool table is central to that space making it a wonderful spot for some friendly inter or intra family competition. The heart of the home is the large central space which encompasses the very well-equipped kitchen, the dining area, and the living area. Central heating ensures comfort no matter the temperature outside. There is a gas fireplace at one end of the room with a flat screen television set into the space above it. (CD, DVD & stereo). There are also flat screen television sets in both bedroom suites. Comfortable seating for up to eight people at the dining room table and in the living area and plenty of room for folks to help the chefs prepare meals. The front deck is a favorite for guests with views west to the ocean and up to the stars. Just outside the kitchen, is a small enclosed deck area with a large hot tub and gas and charcoal bar-b-cues. A ten minute walk will take you to the ocean or to the golf course. Linens are included. Children of all ages are welcome. International and domestic telephone service is provided free of charge. No pets please. No smoking inside the home. $610/702 two nights, $1,575/1,851 seven nights.
