Littoralis / Unit 21 Lot 149 / 2 level home / 6 person occupancy including children of all ages / pets allowed. 2 bedroom – 1 ½ bath (2 queen, 1 set of bunks). Hot tub, pets ok, wall heat, woodstove, cable with 16 ½” wide TV, VCR,DVD, MP3 dock, internet connection, washer/dryer, char BBQ, some deck furniture.
The word "Littoralis" is associated with a great many things in nature including animals, trees, flowers, and the area close to the ocean, but, in this case, it is the name of a delightful seaside cottage located on a rise above the Pacific Ocean. A beautiful meadow full of a wide diversity of wildlife stretches down to the water's edge in front of the cottage. The front door opens into the home from a covered front porch, making it easy to stay dry during inclement weather. This cozy home steers well clear of fancy, but provides all of what is essential for an enjoyable stay. The downstairs is one large space encompassing living, dining, half bath, and kitchen areas. Two long banks of windows not only provide one of the best views imaginable, but also let in loads of light making the interior bright and cheery in any weather. Window seats are perfect for reading, discussing tomorrow's plans or today's adventures, and a great place to catch up on nap time. The efficient kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need for full meals or tasty snacks. Wall heat ensures warmth and a wood stove provides ambiance as well as additional warmth. The living room has television equipped with DVD capability for an evening of old movies or the latest sports event. Just outside the door is a deck ringed with benches and boasting a hot tub suitable for the after hike soak or an evening of star gazing. A charcoal BBQ is available in the deck area. Two comfortable bedrooms and a bath are upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and two bunk beds, while the other has a queen bed. Littoralis accommodates up to six people and children of all ages are welcome. A very flexible home that would be ideal for one or two couples or a small family. Laundry facilities are available. Domestic and worldwide telephone service as well as internet connectivity is complimentary. Pets are welcome.
A short distance from the bluff top trail, Littoralis is centrally located within the Sea Ranch. Beaches and miles and miles of trails are an easy hike from your home away from home. $451 two nights, $1,186 seven nights. If you bring your pet please add $15.00 per pet, per day.
