For your protection during this pandemic, Sea Ranch Escape shall perform the following extra duties:
- All homes will have 76 hours (3+ days) blocked out between all rental periods.
- Housekeeping service will be mandatory for all homes for proper cleaning and sanitizing.
- All duvet covers, bedspreads or bedspread covers, and pillow protector covers will be properly laundered between each rental.
- All high touch surfaces will be cleaned and then sanitized with CDC approved sanitizing products between each rental.
- Any applicable guidelines supplied by the State or County shall be incorporated into our procedures.
